Operator and acceptance
GigClaim is operated by MarCas Holding LLC. By using the app or website, you agree to use GigClaim lawfully and to review your own records before relying on them.
Subscriptions
Paid app access is handled through Apple subscriptions. Apple manages purchase date, renewal, cancellation, billing, refunds where available, and restore flows through Apple Subscriptions. GigClaim Annual is the default plan and includes a 7-day introductory free trial when available through Apple. GigClaim Monthly is a monthly option. Your subscription renews based on purchase date, not January 1.
Estimates and records
GigClaim provides planning estimates only. It is not tax advice, legal advice, accounting advice, or a final filing determination. You are responsible for reviewing trips, classifications, mileage, income, expenses, tax assumptions, exports, and backup files before relying on them.
No guaranteed outcome
GigClaim does not guarantee tax savings, filing correctness, deduction eligibility, refund amount, wage recovery, platform action, payment processor action, court action, government action, or any particular legal, financial, tax, or business outcome.
GPS and device limits
GPS tracking can be affected by device settings, permissions, battery saver, signal quality, and app interruptions. Review your trips before relying on them. Mileage records can be incomplete if permissions are denied, the device is offline, battery settings interrupt tracking, or the user forgets to start or stop a work session.
Tax, legal, and accounting decisions
Users are responsible for consulting a qualified tax professional for tax, legal, or accounting decisions. GigClaim does not file taxes.
No platform affiliation
GigClaim is not affiliated with Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Instacart, or other gig platforms. Any platform names are used only to help users organize their own records.
Acceptable use
Use GigClaim and the website lawfully. Do not abuse forms, interfere with service operation, submit harmful content, submit platform passwords or sensitive tax identifiers, misrepresent records, or use GigClaim to harass, defame, impersonate, or harm others.
User-controlled exports
Exports and backups may contain sensitive location, income, expense, vehicle, and tax setup records. Share exported files only with people and services you trust.
